Logistic Lights Solutions

The comprehensive suite for your intralogistics

Logistic Lights offers maximum ergonomics and acceptance. In addition to our innovative pick by light solution the Logistic Lights ecosystem covers the full range of intralogistics:

Logistic Lights' innovative moving head technology sets standards for speed, costs, error-rates, and ergonomics.

The Logistic Lights system is easily set up for many use-cases from simple picking/putting to multi-order/-zone/-stage, or -target processes. It can work by itself or extend your existing WMS/ERP systems with pick-by-light and other assistive technologies.

Simple Picking

Our order picking solution streamlines the traditional worker-to-goods process, leveraging intuitive pick-by-light and put-to-light systems, along with voice commands via our mobile app. This approach minimizes errors, speeds up the picking process, and enhances overall efficiency, making it ideal for businesses aiming to improve their intralogistics operations with technology that's both easy to use and implement.

Multi-Order/Zone Picking

Cater to complex warehouse layouts and diverse inventory with our multi-order and multi-zone picking capabilities. Our solution intelligently guides workers through optimized paths, enabling simultaneous order fulfillment across different zones. This not only maximizes throughput but also significantly reduces the time spent on each order, ultimately boosting productivity and order accuracy.

Goods-to-Person Picking

Combine automated transport and storage with precise worker guidance at a fixed station. Logistic Lights supports compartmentalized bins, shelves, and source-target logic with either proven spots or projector-based guidance.

Pallet Picking

Pallet Picking designed for bulk handling and larger items, our pallet picking feature integrates seamlessly into the picking process. It supports efficient picking strategies for palletized goods, ensuring that even the bulkiest orders are processed smoothly and swiftly, with minimal strain on your workforce.

Smart Picking Carts

Elevate your picking process even further with our smart picking carts, equipped with intuitive pick-by-light modules and interoperable with our pick-by-voice guidance system. These carts facilitate accurate and speedy order assembly, particularly for batch picking scenarios, by providing real-time feedback and instructions to the picker, thus reducing walking time and increasing order fulfillment rates.

Kitting

Our solution supports both on-demand and continuous kitting processes, allowing for the pre-assembly of individual components into ready-to-ship kits. This feature is perfect for businesses that require flexibility in order assembly, offering both efficiency in handling fluctuating demands and precision in kit composition.

Integration Capabilities

Our platform is designed for seamless integration, from stand-alone operations to fully integrated warehouse management and enterprise planning systems. With connectors for major systems like SAP, JTL, Pixi, and open REST APIs, our solution ensures a smooth flow of information across your intralogistics chain, enabling better decision-making, enhanced traceability, and a unified view of your operations.

Commissioning use case for multi-order picking

Flexible solution for eCommerce fulfillment

Multi-order picking is often used to optimize picking processes in the warehouse. The batch container with products for several orders is transported to a commissioning workplace where Logistic Lights is an optimal solution for allocating each item to the individual order.

In the video you can see the individual allocation of products from the batch. After scanning an EAN barcode, Logistic Lights highlights a shelf compartment and a box specific to the order. Articles are added to an order until it is complete and passed on to packaging and shipping.

Logistic Lights can easily be connected to an existing warehouse management system (WMS) via an open integration interface (API). The process remains completely in your hands and your WMS.
